You can now make a conference registration and accommodation booking from this page.
Before starting the registration, please read the guideline below carefully.

How to Register

STEP 1:Create your account
Please click the “Registration for New Users” on the top left.
Please read “Customer's Personal Information Protection Policy” and then click “Agree”, and then complete the “Personal Information” on the next screen.
*You can change your Personal Information which print for registration badge, after you have registered.

STEP 2 : Registration for Participation and Accommodation
After you login, you can make a registration and/or accommodation reservation from the button on the left screen.
When your reservations are accepted, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address.
You cannot reservation only accommodation.

STEP 3:Confirm/Change
You can confirm, change, or cancel your reservation by the specific deadline.
Please check cancellation policy for each cancellation fee.

STEP 4:Confirmation e-mail
When you have completed your registration and/or reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your inquiry number within a few minutes.

About Payment
●All the payments should be done before arrival. You cannot pay your accommodation fee at the hotel. Please click the ‘payment’ button to proceed your payments.

Important Notes
●Breakfast included.
●Please pay other charges (room services, telephone use, etc.) directly to the hotel upon check-out.
●Smoking preferences are not guaranteed due to the room availability.
●You can make changes and cancellations online until the deadline. After the deadline, please contact us by e-mail or fax.

Cancellation Policy
1. 7-2 days before the first night of your stay---30% of one night room charge.
2. 1 day before the first night of your stay---40% of one night room charge.
3. Check in day---50% of one night room charge.
4. Cancellation without notice---100% of one night room charge.
*The cancellation date is based on the time when you have offered to cancel for us on the business day and during business hours. In case of cancellation of 17:30 or later on Fridays (including the day before holidays), the next business day will be canceled.
